  Simply awful, ended up with an unfinished floor covering on day one as "it hasn't been measured wrong, its been worked out wrong" seriously! Took a call to head office and their Ops director to sort. The young sales man became quite confrontational when I pointed out his measuring mistake and the fact that he thought it would be ok to leave the job unfinished for a whole 9 days. More to it than that but won't bore with details. Says a lot if as an important part of the job is to measure accurately and you can't. I'm warning anyone I know off. Lastly the saving grace is the fitters were a laugh, did a good job and could do with teaching others. A BAD CHOICE ON MY PART, I WILL USE SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF THEY COST MORE, if it means I'm valued as a customer Update : been past numerous times every time it's empty (2016) so in the couple of years since obviously little improvement
